Appreciated my very pleasant stay for the night that we did n't arrive in time to use. The staff was top-class and attentive which made me feel welcome. The breakfast was hot and free as expected with fruit and the great local bakeries and hard boiled eggs. The hotel was in a central location on the ocean.

The breakfasts on our deck. The rooms with coffee maker, a fireplace and balcony were neat and fabulous. The location was convenient and best possible, relatively close to a regional theater.
Some of the staff were not very friendly.

Spacious suite met my needs perfectly.
The hotel felt lifeless, lacking warmth and personal touches that often. The sounds from other guests were disruptive. I expected more for the price I paid, especially considering the outdated facilities and the small pool.

The hotel was lovely, well appointed and very neat and clean. The suites were very spacious and had everything we needed to enjoy our trip. The staff was excellent, friendly and helpful and made our trip easy and relaxing. A+!!!
I would have liked a couple of mugs, bowls and silverware in the room or at least disposable tableware so leftovers from local restaurants could be enjoyed. I would also suggest extended adults onlyhours for the pool.

I loved how the room was bigger than I expected and super comfy. I got a solid 10 hours of sleep after a long day of traveling. There's a lovely heated swimming pool and a jacuzzi. Just wish they had some kind of breakfast option since it was like a letdown after such a great stay 😊

The hotel was nicely located midway between Perkin's Cove and Ogunquit center. Easy to walk to most local destinations and a trolley stop was right outside the door. The office staff was very helpful especially Heidi and made our stay enjoyable. There are additional amenities at their sister property the Pink Blossom. The king suites are very large and comfortable.

I stayed in a One-Bedroom King Suite for 3 nights, spacious and impeccably clean. The location of the hotel is excellent, with easy access to nearby attractions like the Marginal Way. I particularly enjoyed the indoor pool and hot tub facilities with a great way to unwind after a day of meetings. The staff were friendly and efficient, especially in assisting with my work-related needs.
Limited dining options nearby due to seasonal hours.

I read alot of the reviews on this hotel while trying to book for our trip. I loved the hotel!!! The staff were great. We were there while Hurrican Irene was making her rounds. Thank goodness she missed us. It was great to know that the staff were ready for her. This is a older hotel but that is what we liked about it. I will stay there agin if we go back nest year to see our son who works at the playhouse during the summer. Thanks again for the great stay.
